Sample convertor

Sound tracker was amazing but when Sample tracker comes there was nothing to do only cry: "Sound tracker is dead - hurah to Sample tracker". There wasn't samples enough but I had D80 and 8-bit samples from PC which I moved to D80 by EI manager. I needed to convert it to 4-bits. But how? Man help yourself... So I helped myself and Sample convertor came to the world.
Program is driven by pointer. You can define control at the start.
