Neolite catalogue

When you have so amazing database like Neolite then sometimes may be usefull catalogize diskettes. So I started to work and wonderfully work went fast. So I finished Neocat before Neoman which I started write first and it isn't finished till today.
Program is controlled by pointer like Neolite.
